Nagambie Station contains only the barest of station infrastructure, consisting of bus shelters mounted on the platform. Passenger services operated by Hoys Roadlines operate to this station. Nagambie is one of the few stations still in operation for passenger trains which retains the V/Line orange colour scheme due to Hoys not bothering to install their own livery. A goods siding is retained at this station to service a silo.
